PromPt shipping, but wrong product
I bought the Patriot Pure air purifier a little over a year ago and recently went to their website to order replacement filters. I bought two sets for $159 (free shipping). When they arrived they didn't fit. I xontacted them only to discover they changed air purifier models and the filters were for the new model. I assumed (my fault I guess), being yhe only filter they offer, was for my model (didn't know they changed models). They refunded my purchase price but it cost me $38 to ship them back so I'm out that anount. I order thousands of dollars worth of various products each year, I would have thought they would have covered the cost to ship it back since it was mostly their fault I bought the wrong ones in the first place.
