Good product: Due to serious GI illnesses, I can't eat any food & am on a liquid adult formula. But I can't keep enough of that down to keep my electrolytes at a good level. They show up low on my blood work regularly. These patches are a way that I can get more electrolytes without irritating my stomach (& they also do not irritate my skin, as most adhesives do). Plus, they stay on well, even through a shower. And, they are made without so much of the garbage that many products have, and without many allergens, etc. I'd definitely recommend these.
