The perfume is wonderful - I've been wearing it for over 20 years now. However, I didn't give 5 stars because I reached out to customer service regarding billing and they just ignored my email and never even responded.

My wife loves the perfume and I will keep buying it. But I paid $35 dollars for overnight shipping and it took like a week. That was very disappointing to me.

I think more protective packing would be best since my packaged product the box was not in great shape. Luckily the glass was not affected but I was worried.
