Love the samples you send me with most orders, allows me to try new products, what a great idea

Usually I have great experience over the last 5 years. This time though I ordered 3- 1 kilo of red fibro which I buy for presents and always got in 3 bags so I can send but this time I did it. Not only did I not get seperate bags but my bag was punctured not sure how it happened if it was in mail but I lost a ton of the kratom. I have tried calling for 5 days so if u could get back to me and try to resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate it

I received the products promptly. I got the superior Ben tú Angie and red private reserve batch 5. I’m confused because I had ordered from you in the past and the potency seems different. I in the past used four 00 capsules if I had back pain. And this dose was a little high for me. With these two new blends I am up to six 00 capsules and it not to the same level of relief. Are these two cheaper blends or something?
