So helpful

These have been so helpful. I usually have cramps so bad the first day I can’t get up. With these I can continue with my day!

Wasn't sure what to expect...

I've always had miserable cramps, to the point that I take over 1000 mg of ibuprofen on the first day of my period just so I don't feel like I'm dying. I truly didn't expect much when I ordered this because I've never met anyone that's had cramps as bad as me, and therefore I don't really trust reviews saying that they tried ovira and now their life is perfect, lol. That being said, this device is helpful. I still have to take medicine, but considerably less because the device helps to ease a lot of the pain or at least manage to distract me from it. I usually have to vomit on the first day of my period as well, and the ovira has helped my cramps not get to the point where I get overwhelming nausea. I don't see me ever being at a point that I don't have to take medicine because my cramps are truly just that bad, but I can say that I'm glad to have this device to help alleviate the pain and at least reduce the amount of medicine I have to take.

Favorite thing ever

When I was younger, my period cramps only consisted in this sharp pain in my thigh before my period, my actual period itself was a breeze. I assume that is because I started menstruating at age 10. As I’m now 28, with no children, my periods have switched & now I get stabbing cramps in my lower belly before & during my period.. (probably because my body wants a baby & I keep giving it kittens instead). THIS HAS BEEN A LIFE CHANGER. Midol doesn’t work, prescription strength ibuprofen only works for half the allowed time per doses, night time is miserable then making my daytime life miserable from being exhausted & cramping. I heard about ovira on fb & thought id give it a whirl. The price isn’t bad, fast shipping in America. Literally a game changer. I was having to take muscle relaxers at night for the cramps which then made me soooo groggy the next day. Working in the medical field, I have to be on my game 110% of my shift. This has definitely helped ease the pain! I’d give it 25 stars if I could!

Really helps with my endo cramps!

I have a lot of cramps from my endometriosis on and off my period and on the okay days and bad days it helps. It’s not a cure all for the first and second day of my period but I’m a lot better off than if I didn’t have it. It’s really great and easy to wear when I need to do chores and go and about. Definitely a good choice if you want to limit the amount of pain meds you’re taking!

A life saver.

This works wonders. I didn't believe it until I tried it, but it's great. It really makes life bearable having endometriosis every month.
