A Respite
I went back and forth over ordering an Ovira for a while. Finally, I made the decision. As someone who was getting such bad cramps that I had to stop working sometimes, I weighed the price of the Ovira versus the price of lost income, and trying the Ovira was an easy choice. When I wear it, it does stop the pain. I can still feel a weakness that also comes with the cramps, but that is normal as the Ovira is only there to scramble the pain. I turn up the device pretty high sometimes, when I really need to, and it feels like static in my body. I've worn it out to a meeting and no one noticed, and I know I would not have been able to go without the Ovira to help.
The only downside I have found is that when the sticky pads get cold they do not want to disconnect from their disc. I have to warm up the sticky pads gently to get them free of the disc, and this can take a long while, all while I wait in pain. But, once they are free, I get to use the Ovira. Still five stars, as this little thing has saved me many days already.
