I didn't think there was product in the world that could help with my severe menstrual cramping aside from heating pads, which don't really help me all that much anyway. Ovira is seriously incredible. I am beyond satisfied. On the first day of my period, I set my Ovira up and gradually increase the power on it as needed. It is an immense relief. I'm so grateful to have finally found something that helps my pain that doesn't require medicating!! It's also super comfortable and doesn't really get in the way at all! I wear yoga pants most of the time anyway, so the Ovira can clip right on to the waistline of my pants and bonus, even if the sticky pads are a little worn out, the yoga pants tend to keep them nice and stuck in place on my lower abdomen. I'd highly recommend Ovira to anyone who experiences pain from endo or severe cramping. I'd honestly recommend it to anyone - even if their cramps aren't severe! I have struggled with endometriosis since I was 16 years old and have had numerous surgeries, been on every medication possible, been put through medical menopause at 26. Of course there is no miracle treatment or drug but I needed some way to find relief where I could still function and work my two jobs. I couldn't afford to stay home or take pain meds all the time. I heard about Ovira and decided why not try it? It has changed my life and has made it bearable for me to get through the day, especially at work. I feel good knowing i'm not taking another medication. The Ovira is great to take anywhere and no one will know. I recommend this product to every woman suffering with endometriosis.

I was skeptical that Ovira could really help THAT much, but as my monthly cramps are exacerbated by stress and anxiety, a couple of really painful periods into quarantine finally convinced me that I had to try it. Flash forward to now and three periods later, and I now can't NOT have my Ovira. It has changed my periods: I no longer have to cancel plans and/or leave the house barely holding myself upright. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to the incredible Ovira team for gifting us this incredible machine (and I also have to mention / give a huge shout out to the supportive staff as they are so very understanding and willing to help if anything about the device malfunctions). I will absolutely be recommending this to every period sufferer in my life! 🙌🏻💞
