Literally and physically in my case, ORS have saved my life. I’m by far a sports person, but that said I do have an iron man friend who recommended these along with my physicians / GP’s. I was and still get so dehydrated so fast due to a medication condition these were recommended to me due to a shortage of a well known normally prescription hydration sachet.
