I didn't receive my order from January up to this present date what's going

I made a order two months ago. Did not receive the order had to call my bank to get my money back. Because when I call Omnicord no one answer and I don’t get a reply from my email. I know COVID-19 I still out there. But no reply. I think this website is a scam.

I ordered Clippers in April and still have not received them. I will never buy from the company again.
