I placed my order May 4th 2020. Today is June 19 2020. I had a feeling they were going to pull this stunt with the covid excuse of not working and getting that free money. I'm probably gonna take some time out of my day and send over a formal complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs.

trimmers are very loud s if something is loose, i asked for a refund or exchange and was never help. I am not satisfied, i requested help on May 31 it is almost a month later no reply.

I ordered products and paid for them 3 months ago. After waiting a whole month for my items I requested a full refund. Here I am 2 months later still waiting for my refund. At this point you have stolen my money. And you got the nerves to ask me to do a review? This is dumb.
