Have requested updates regarding my order placed in January for the 2.0 product. I requested to change shipping address on May 27th to a new location as I am no longer where I was when I ordered them 5 months ago, still have not heard back from anyone. Save your time and money, once you purchase and they have funds, they could care less how they provide service after.

Product came damaged and no ceramic blade. Tried to contact you via email, phone, and messenger to no avail. Finally replaced my own blade.
