I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for 2 months. I haven't received any information on the status of my order that i paid for. I feel that customer service needs to be better even during times like this because your still accepting people's money.

Order # 35715...I still want my order...it's been six months with no reply to multiple emails and phone calls in which I was assured prompt delivery considering I was one of the first to order these products and still had no reply to my emails...you got my money and had it for six months...send me a refund or send me my products...thank you...I cannot review a product which I have not received....Don't ask a professional barber of more than 28 years an opinion on a non existing product...if you ain't got in stock don't offer it for sale...some of us are out here as barbers still working!
