Poor shipping and customer service

Didn’t get a tracking number for a full week after placing my order. Customer service didn’t even respond to me.

No Merchandise

I am very disappointed thus far as the items I ordered on July 4th, 2020 have yet to arrive as of July 23,2020. I recently called to inquire about my purchase only to be told the items were on received on their end but were manufactured incorrectly thus my order is on back order. Had I not called and inquired I never would have been notified of the mix up/error. To date I have still not received any feed back from this Company on the where about's of the merchandise I purchased. Please "Fulfill" my order should be discounted at this point. Very Disappointed!

Very bad customer service

False representation of product on hand. You shouldn’t be selling products if you don’t have them in stock. No communication just bad business
