I ordered an skeleton kit from your company months ago with no problem. But my last two orders has been disappointing. My second order# 47030 is not complete, I receive the trimmers but not the pair of 2.0 modules upgrade kit that went with order. No updates or feedback, and I still haven’t heard anything regarding them, them on my third order wish was a magnetic upgrade power cord. Still didn’t anything about that order. So I’m still waiting for the pair of 2.0 modules from my second order and the magnetic power cord.

I can’t give a review because I haven’t received my order.

Love the product but it ripped as i was trying to put it on my clipler (cordless masters)

Gotta day I’ve had trouble getting any info on when my order would be delivered. Understandably the pandemic changes things, I was just hoping to get an update regarding my order. I love your products and can’t wait to put them to use, just wish the follow up was a bit more consistent. *🤞🏼patiently waiting 🤞🏼*
