Disappointed on paying for white glove delivery of $399.00. One guy showed up with the delivery and I had to help him get it in the house. The guy knew nothing about the the chair including how to turn it on. We eventually figured it out. Felt sorry for the delivery guy because he had a truckload of large items to deliver by himself. Good thing OSHA wasn’t around. Smh

Item not received. It’s been 3 wks already.

Bad chair and bad Coustmer service

Sales and Shipping were great. Delivery and Setup were the worst.

Three weeks after ordering and paying for chair, I've yet to receive delivery. Multiple daily requests for updates have not yielded any results. I'm told over and over "the shipping company will call to schedule delivery". I have not missed any calls nor have any voice mails. I've contacted the shipping company directly only to be told "We've asked the terminal to call you" . Very disappointed.
