The in house delivery took too long.. custoemer service was good

While the chair was somewhat disappointing my experience with the company was excellent in terms of shipping and quickly answering questions.

Delivery was on time & the assembly was tough but as it was their first time, it was successful & you can’t ask for more than that.

Shipping was excellent

Delivery went smooth, was updated via e-mail on process.
