Good customer service. Shipping turnaround times are usually pretty good but sometimes a little slow. Amazon prime is 2 days for me so I can’t compare shipping to that but not too bad for the most part. I wish shipping was a little quicker only because I am so excited to get ofir products. They are amazing! 💕
