Delivery time is too long. Sometimes as long as 2 months.

I ordered some vitamins to New Zealand: everything was fine but after the confirmation e-mail I haven't knew anything about my package. There weren't any tracking number even if I asked. The first e-mail I got said that only one vitamin will be shipped and the others will be later, but after that I haven't got any information. 4,5 weeks later I sent an e-mail 'cause I still hadn't knew nothing about the rest of my package (actually nothing about my order) and there were no answer. 5-6 days later I got the whole package: so everything was fine, except that I worried about my vitamins and my money as well for almost 6 weeks...

Difficult to log in. Order history not kept. No receipt. This website seems to be designed by 5th graders. very poor!

The Bronson website is NOT well designed. It's hard to find things. When I place an order, there is NO receipt. If I look under My Account/Orders, there's nothing there. There is NO record of my previous orders. Also, it's not unusual for me not to be able to sign in, forcing me to call.

I thought I was ordering from a New Zealand based business but all they did was place my order with a US company. As a result I had to wait more than 2 months to get my pills. By that time I had already found what I needed and n a local pharmacy. They also are very expensive.
