Disappointed
I accidentally placed my order with the wrong shipping address, but I realized it within minutes and immediately emailed customer service. They replied saying that since it was my first order, they couldn’t cancel it, but they could send me a new replacement product to the correct address. I provided the updated address and was told that once the shipping label was created, I would receive the tracking information.
Unfortunately, I followed up multiple times after that and kept receiving the same generic reply from different representatives. I never received the replacement product, no shipping label, and no clear update. I had also subscribed to their monthly product because I was excited, but this experience left me very disappointed.
I understand the mistake was initially mine, but I notified them right away and they reassured me they would resend it. That gave me hope, but in the end, nothing happened—no cancellation, no replacement, and no option on the website to edit or cancel my order. I think they should improve their system to allow customers to fix address errors or cancel an order shortly after placing it.
Overall, the lack of follow-through and communication was really disappointing
