This is my first time to use Outlift pre-workout. My only complaint is your delivery promise (purchased from Nutrex website, not AMAZON) fell a bit short, not a deal breaker but the discounted price made up for the slow shipping. The taste is spot on, not overly sweet, with no aftertaste. The effects during a 50-minute workout are outstanding. I have used most of the top brands, this is a keeper. I adjusted the portion the first time per label instructions to avoid the caffeine jitters. I would recommend this pre-workout.

The product gave me energy and helped me shed a bit. It did not yield significant results.
