Scoop/Taste/Mixing-Flavor was “Lemon Lime”, wasn’t
Scoop/Taste/Mixing-Flavor was “Lemon Lime”, wasn’t too bad. Scoop was pretty accurate to serving size though I heaped it in worry that it wouldn’t be the best. Mixed well, only a rinse to clear the residue out
Energy-Energy was surprisingly good. Urgency was good as well. Kicked in in about 20 mins. Very slight beta alanine, didn’t expect to feel anything based on label but got some body warming and slightly itchy scalp. Energy lasts through course of workout though starts to wane from the peak around the hour mark. Didn’t blow my head off but was consistent and up tempo. This is the reason I took a shot at the pre and it paid off and met my hopes so we are a winner right off the bat.
Endurance/power output- You get what the energy provides. The kick of the pre is the kick of your output. Endurance trickled off as the kick lessened around the hour mark.
Focus/mood-Not a lot in here for focus. Didn’t lack focus though. Mood was positive, desired to move weight. Not 100% locked, was making notes during workout.
Pumps- nothing in here that would add substantial pumps which is fine for my purposes. It would be fine to add to a pump formula with the stim package in it to get a well rounded pre
