I’m missing my item.

I love the product but takes way too long to receive product. I thought maybe first time was just a mix up but happened twice. I ordered again and still almost took two weeks to get and then they sent me wrong protein flavor. I hate to give a bad review during these times but being a business owner myself It's important for the feedback from the consumer so they can fix the situation.

Shipping was awful

I took advantage of a special sale that was supposed to include free products including a duffel bag and free samples. I never received the duffel bag or the free samples. I was told it was because they ran out which I don’t understand because I placed the order the same day they advertised the deal, and they never contacted me to let me know they ran out of duffel bags and would not be sending me one; they just sent me my order with things missing. Contacted them and they said they would send me a hoodie and the samples instead of the duffel bag. I received a stained hoodie and no samples. I’ve been using Nutrex for years and this makes me never want to use their brand again. Very dissapointed.

I've never received my item..it was supposed to be delivered weeks ago. It got lost in the mail. And there's nothing anyone is doing about it.. I was really excited and hype to try this and start losing weight n getting back in shape.
