great product. bad shipping service

Shipping could be alot better said it would be delivered on a date and got it over a week later and all my orders have shown up past the due date. Products are excellent and don’t use any other on the market.

Everything's fine. But I understand that 2 weeks is a long time to process the order and deliver to Chicago. My sister took less time to send my package to Puerto Rico.

Product arrived earlier than expected

Products are great, website is good, communication is on par. I have had delayed shipping after the order is in transit.
