I hadn’t used any whey for years due to lactose intolerance and IBS, I was searching for lactose friendly option. I found that vegan protein also irritated my stomach. After some research, I purchased the whey isolate and it’s certainty as advertised, zero stomach issues with this protein. I really like that you can get it unflavored as well to make it as bland as possible. Highly recommend for folks with sensitivity to lactose and a sensitive stomach.
