Bought it for my wife for Christmas. She uses it all the time so I assume she loves it. My mom borrowed it once and immediately bought herself one as well, so it seems to be a hit. There was some issues with the delivery, but they have excellent customer service so it was quickly resolved. The packaging is awesome as well.

It's so smooth on my hair and doesn't pull at all. Love it!!!! I also have the Fashionista flat iron as well. Both are perfect!
