Disturbing to get the wrong product. Customer service was prompt though and will replace. Hope shipping is prompt.

Was ok. Smell could be nicer

It should be noted how bad these smell. I feel cheated out of paying for shipping for a product I couldn't use due to the nasty smell.

Tried to cancel my order weeks before it shipped because would have been delivered after Christmas. They shipped after the fact, despite my cancelation. Tried emailing again, with no response. Customer service non-existent.
