I've used our rower for about 4 months now and it is a quality product. The slide mechanism that the seat moves through is solid and smooth and the image/video quality is a step up from my older screen on my NordicTrack treadmill. I'm very happy with the product.

Tons of videos - from beginner to advanced. Great off-rower core exercises as well to break up the workouts.

Great treadmil for the price. It is easy enough to move and fairly quiet. Wishlist- fan vents that can be directed- they are fixed permanently and blow over my head, a wider ledge on screen to hold cell phone or tablet more easily, ability to view mileage, elevation and time all at once.
