Love the rower and the trainers !

We absolutely love this rower! It’s well made, quality, and a great workout!! It was very easy to assemble also! We are Nordictrack fans and love their products.

This is a great rowing machine that I am enjoying quite a bit, combined with the fact that the monitor and coach via the ifit software makes me feel like rowing down the amazon river or across the English channel is great. 2 critiques: 1. The rower does need to be reset sometimes at least every other week where the ift program gets stuck and the only way to fix it is to turn the machine off via the power button and turn it back on. 2. the ifit subscription is needed to use this rower effectively and is a bit pricey per year. overall a great buy...software is a bit touchy but the rower is very nice and solid.

I paid for the white glove delivery and setup and they never left the belt tension tracking keys. I requested these twice through ProForm and still have not received them or heard back. It has been almost 4 weeks. I like the treadmill but need the key because belt slips at low speeds.
