Ik gebruik Performance Electrolytes 2x per dag vanwege een chronische aandoening. Het is makkelijk te doseren en smaakt niet verschrikkelijk (ik gebruik unflavoured, dus wel een beetje zoute smaak maar het is te doen). Verder heeft het wel wat effect op de klachten die ik heb, dus dat is fijn.
