They kept me awake.

I’ve been a long time customer for over 4 years, back when this company was Caliper. I’ve LOVED the dissolvable cbd and made it part of my daily regimen for years. Since they became NextEvo, sadly it’s been nothing but disappointing. 2 major things have taken a nose dive- customer service and product quality. Customer service is nothing like it was with Caliper. Their current automated portal allows for 2 open subscriptions, making the recurring purchases unexpected and quite confusing. When I reached out for assistance they did not handle the situation appropriately and disregarded my request be escalated up. I was simply looking to resolve the confusion and continue on with ONE valid subscription. The quality of the dissolvable cbd powder is subpar to before. There is a bitter, medicinal taste that was not present previously. I’m sad to say goodbye, but they are no longer the only company offer dissolvable cbd! Shop around, there are other companies who value the consumer!

Do NOT want this item. Totally worthless

If I could give this company negative stars I would!!! Stay away from this company!! When I ordered I was not aware I’d be forced into a monthly subscription. You can NOT cancel your subscription or even make adjustments to your account. Customer service will absolutely ignore you when you reach out. My only option is to cancel my credit card because of this company. STAY AWAY!! There is plenty of CBD products out there without having to deal with an unprofessional company forcing you into a subscription and ignoring you when you reach out for help!! No THANKS!!

Won’t be buying again and have made many people aware of cancellation policy and have advised to try local stores or another brand
