It is incredible how much these help me. When menopause hit, I became an insomniac. I was a zombie during the day. The stress relief gummies help me wind down (a newer addition I didn’t think would work but does!!), then I take one of the CBD/melatonins. My favorite is the CBD/extended release melatonin because it helps me continue to sleep but the gummies work too so I switch them. I have tried many other brands and they did nothing. I finally can sleep all night whereas before I’d wake every single hour. I am no longer a walking zombie.
