Beautydigs

I placed an order for a single tube of hand treatment AND a trio pack of hand treatment. I got emails telling me both have shipped but each time only the single tube was in the box and never the trio pack. I sent emails to beautydigs and they replied each time telling me the correct order was coming - the trio pack of hand treatment. But while the communication was there, the problem was not solved. I have not received my full order. I now believe they don't have the trio pack to send. I will ask for a refund a second time. Sorry to have to write a bad review but I am not getting what I paid for.

provider does not have any way to contact them. I have left messages on their site and no response was received. They do not have a phone # for customer support, Bad place to do business with. Stay away

I have a problem with my shipment and have tried contacting customer service several times but have yet to hear back from anyone. Horrible customer service and will never buy from them again, nor do I recommend anyone else do so
