I saw this products on a nationally syndicated morning show as part of their support small businesses campaign, I needed new makeup brushes so I thought why not and made the purchase. My order of Skone brushes arrived around the same time as my spring Fab Fit Fun box which also had brushes in it. When I finally got around to opening my products, I saw the eyebrow brush from the Skone set had broken teeth on the comb side of the brush. I immediately reached out to customer service for a replacement brush and was met with the implication that I had done something to the brush. I was told they triple check their orders so that things like this didn’t happen and was left feeling as though I wasn’t believed. I was going to ask to speak to a manager but the signature on the email was actually from the owner of the company. The speed of the leader is the speed of the team so I knew the chance for better customer service was highly unlikely. Reluctantly she sent me a replacement brush which I received last week but still haven’t used. Fast forward to this morning when I was applying my makeup and I see that the Skone foundation brush that I received in my set but have never used is broken. My Fab Fit Fun box had a set of Billion Dollar Brush(es) and silly my thought they may be the lower quality brush so I decided to use them first, boy was I wrong! If you need a brushes, go with a different set.
