It’s been really hot in Texas and August is the hottest month, so when my candle arrived it was melted. I immediately sent an email about this but did not receive any response. I called the customer line the next day and spoke to a nice lady that helped me with sending me a replacement and to have it shipped faster. Needles to say the replacement candle came in perfect and the smell is incredible.
