delivered took ages. shipment has several times been returned to supplier because of wrong labeling. I have ordered several but luckily they didn’t arrive apart from one because the one I finally received doesn’t work correctly. I managed to purchase a equivalent diffusor from Amazon at less than half the price and which works well. very disappointing experience.

Very weak

Ordered weeks ago as a Christmas gift, well before the last ordering dates. Christmas has come and gone and my order has still not arrived. Tracking information doesn't work. Contacted customer care and got an automated response saying I would get a reply in 3-5 days, but I got no reply at 7 days and counting. Very disappointing service, still have no idea if I will receive the order I paid for and had to buy an alternative Christmas gift for my relative.
