Order was easy and materials arrived safely!

I made an order in December. When I opened the package I found that something had leaked and everything inside was coated in a greasy substance. It was a mess. I called customer service to let them know what had happened. I was told they would send replacements at once. When I asked if I should mail the original package back I was told to just keep it. My replacement package arrived within 4 days. Great customer service.
