It has taken a month to get here and I still haven't received it while I have watched specials come and go. Not happy this time. Sorry - I love the product but not the service from the beginning when I missed the first of 3 specials because I didn't put the code in(I didn't see the code!) and it couldn't be fixed or cancelled apparently and now this time waiting has been ridiculous.

I was disgusted with your reply email… several to me in regards to me telling you that my single product had been very cleverly stolen through a tiny opening in my delivery. Firstly you didnt believe me, then asked for a photo. How ridiculous after Id opened the box with scissors… but what disgusted me most of all was you still refused to believe me stating “ that infact from the delivery photo that a tiny slit could not be seen “. So my word meant nothing. You offered no replacement NOR a refund. It wasnt until I complained… again and said what a disappointing outcome… that I would never order nor ever recommend your company again… that you sent me a replacement. Basically you were exhausting to deal with. Never again. Buyer beware if you find your order incomplete…. I’ll buy any product but forget NP.

Booked an appointment for 2:30pm and the makeup artist never showed up. Apparently this is a regular occurrence. Thankfully a team from another brand of makeup were able to provide the service. Will not book again.

I never recieved my bronzing primer it went to the wrong address I have tried to ring but no it is an incorrect no I am so disappointed as I love this product and have been a customer for a long time and I’m a pensioner so money doesn’t come easy to me If I could have a free one sent to my address I would be very grateful
