I really like this shake. Keeps me full for a few hours and I think it tastes good. I'm not sure what every one is complaining about. You clearly ordered this product because it's good for you. It is a little grainy and the taste isn't as bad as the reviews are saying. I would much rather drink Vega, than some highly processed genetically modified shake with a ton of sugar in it.
