I am yet to use it myself but have used it on my daughter's hair. It worked a treat at stretching my youngest daughter's very thick hair without the tears we normally get when I try to blowdry her hair. She even said herself that she loves the Revair! I'll be sure to do another review when I use it on my own hair.

Not as smooth as the demos show online and still need to use straightness, however, I still love it. I don’t have to let my hair dry naturally and go curly now due to time.

There is no doubt the Revair does all that it claims, but it didn’t quite work for me. I have very thick curly hair and it didn’t quite get my roots straight enough - I had to use a brush afterwards with my normal hairdryer, which kind of defeats the object. I also found it quite heavy to hold. It definitely straightens the hair as it dries, without the need for a brush, apart from at the roots as mentioned. If it wasn’t such an expensive item, I may well have kept it, but it’s just too big a purchase to keep when it doesn’t make the job any easier (for me at least). Revair were great and have arranged for the item to be collected for a full refund, so I can’t fault their service, hence the 4 stars. It also arrived the very next day after ordering, which is pretty impressive!

Takes time to get use to it. The on/off should have been on the wand.

The rev air dries hair quickly but on a high heat (number 5 for me) which would straighten my hair but left it tangled and knotted at the ends. I had to cut one knot off. I had to minimise heat which then meant my 3b curly hair was only dried in to waves with some frizz. If you have Afro/tight curly hair you would still need straighteners if you want a sleek straight look.
