I have been taking Obvi for a couple weeks and so far I love it. I have taken collagen for a few years but so far I enjoy taking this product much more. I would definitely follow the instructions and ease into it. My appetite has decreased (which is a plus), my skin looks amazing & I haven’t had any gut issues.
