Ive been taking the collagen products for about 3 months. I have seen results in my hair and skin. Even my. Hairdresser says my hair looks and feels healthier. Great taste and easy to use. I use mine in the morning with hot water or my decaf tea (i dont drink caffeine). Its a great drink on my way to work. Thank you for making a product that actually works.
