Great products! I use the collagen powders and Burn capsules. I have seen improvement in my hair and nails. They have both gotten longer, though not thicker. I don't like the fruity cereal flavor at all, but the rest I've tried so far are great! The Burn capsules with 5 types of collagen have really helped with my joint pain. A very noticeable difference. I didn't have any for a few weeks and I couldn't believe how much I was hurting again. So glad when my order came in. I stock up now.
