Shipment never delivered. No response from customer service.

My product has never arrived. Called UPSP and rescheduled for delivery this Monday, I stayed home, package never arrived even though I put my phone# on the door for the delivery guy to reach out. Either he did a horrible (proud you America for providing such a bad service !) or it's a scam because I had to take a day off to stay home yet the package never arrived !!!! WTF??!?!?!?!

I may have gotten a faulty one. It must be fully charged every 2 to 3 uses. It is supposed to be charged once each 2 weeks, and I charged fully overnight before my first use. I'm not sure yet how much I like it being, 1- the charge doesnt last, and 2- there is no immediate noticeable difference in my skin. Its only been about 2 weeks.
