When I bought my concentrator it was never discussed about a warranty. When I called I was told warranty can only be purchased when the machine is purchased. Didn't know anything about a warranty and I think I am entitled, it is not my fault.

I tried to find a specific cpap mask locally and came up empty. Fortunately, they had it on their website and I was able to order it. Sadly, it wasn't comfortable, but at least I got the opportunity to find out.

I do appreciate how nice everyone has been, but I don't like having to wait on hold 45 minutes to talk to someone and I have had to do that twice

Great items, timely delivery, great prices, and to top it off had to return an item that process went very good also !!
