This small gadget is life changing. What sh it was around during my high school years.

I don't get cramps every month but when I do they are intense. The kind you try to breath thru the pain. I just put the livia on and turn it up to where I can feel the electrical pulse and in about 10 mins or so I don't have pain and can't feel the electrical pulse. I just wear it for a couple of hours and then I don't need to wear it the rest of the day. Love it!

Livia is truly the only thing that has helped my menstrual cramps. My period is something I have always dreaded because I get very intense cramps (so bad that I can barely get up and walk around), body aches, and I usually vomit during the first couple days of my cycle. I have even passed out due to the intensity of the pain I was in from my menstrual cramps. I tried ibuprofen, Pamprin, Motrin, and nothing helped ease the pain. Even heating patches and hot water bottles only lessened my cramps by a fraction. I have been using Livia for several months and it is a game changer! When I turn Livia on, my cramps disappear completely! I am able to go about my day as normal! I do wish the battery life was longer, but that is my only critique! I love my Livia and I recommend it to everyone I know that is cursed with dibilitating menstrual cramps. Absolutely worth every penny! Livia has changed my life! Thank you, Livia!!!<3
