Livia - The off Switch For Menstrual Pain.

I've been using Livia for a couple years now. It definitely works! However I've found I can't use it on the go. My device doesn't stay put when I clip it to my clothes and the stickies start to pull off if I move too much. But other than that, I love it! It's nice to not need meds, a heating pad, or a steamy HOT bath anymore!

Since I went off birth control, my periods got more intense and with it the cramps on first and second day got worse. I use my Livia 2 days per month but I can tell you it’s totally worth it! I don’t need to take Midol anymore.
