Livia - The off Switch For Menstrual Pain.

I have dysmenorrhea. My cramping is so severe that it's nearly as painful as the contractions I had while in labor with my son. I had seen ads for Livia promising me relief from the pain without having to use painkillers. I thought it would be worth it, even if it only lessened the pain slightly. Or if it took the edge off. My first time using the Livia was at night. My cramps had woken me up and I was in terrible pain. The kind that makes your hips, legs and knees ache. I put the Livia on and laid there praying it would help. I fell asleep and didn't wake until morning! I slept through the night with the Livia completely eliminating the pain. GONE. I couldn't believe it! And the battery had lasted that whole time. Probably 6 hours. When I'm on my period, I always have this on me. Fully charged and ready to use! Been 2 years now and I have no regrets I only wish my teenage self had one of these.

I've been using Livia for a couple years now. It definitely works! However I've found I can't use it on the go. My device doesn't stay put when I clip it to my clothes and the stickies start to pull off if I move too much. But other than that, I love it! It's nice to not need meds, a heating pad, or a steamy HOT bath anymore!
