Love this! It has really helped with my cramps. Usually, I am unable to move when my cramps hit but with this, I am actually able to be more mobile.

I've suffered from severe cramps for years that were further complicated by arthritis and joint issues making life difficult during my cycle. My Livia has afforded me the relief I have been seeking forever so that I could still live a normal life instead of laying in bed all day. Instead of relying on endless painkillers, hot showers, and a heating pad turned all the way up for hours on end, I could take thirty minutes with the Livia and a heating pad and find relief that will last most of the day. I'm at a point now that I no longer need to use it but rather than have it sit and gather dust I have passed it on to my niece who has similar issues with cramps in hopes it'll give her the same results. I would recommend this device to anyone with a uterus!
