I purchased a Livia set a while back and I use it often! I am a mom (My kid is 5) and ever since I started having cycles again a year after birth, I get crippling cramps and pain. Using this product has minimized the hunching-over-agony energy to leaning forward here and there when a cramp is sharp enough. It helps me with nausea. The sensation my skin gets when I turn it on and turn it up is like an intense tingling sensation when it's on high. I usually turn it up like 5 times and I can just breathe and relax. I have a heavy flow with back/thick/butt/ and uterine cramping. In the first half of my cycle, the Livia paired with NSAIDs helped me manage going to work and moving around with a straighter posture. My sleep is also better when I use the Livia at night. On the last day of my cycle, I can just use the Livia which gives my body a break from the nonstop OTC pain meds. I have been using the Livia for 2 years now and I will gladly pay the low-cost monthly subscription for the gel pads. It's a must since I do not have a sedentary job.
