I had horrible cramps for over year after stopping birth control, to the point where I was in the bathroom floor throwing up from them. Livia literally saved me. I stopped feeling the cramps almost 100% and got my life back and was able to go to work and be normal during my cycle. Would highly recommend to anyone who deals with bad menstrual cramps!

I’ve had 2 menstrual cycles using Livia, and I absolutely love it. The first time I used it the buzzing feeling was a bit odd, but I’ll take that over dumping chemicals into my body for a week straight.
