It really does help with cramps

Very helpful to relieve pain

After doing much research on how to help my wife combat her periods, I came across Livia. After studying the science behind it, I subscribed to the monthly service and it’s been a world of relief for my wife. While she still gets intense cramps she’s able to realistically manage the pain with Livia and less pain meds. Definitely does the job, really good for both back and period pain

I used to have horrible menstrual cramps, my activities would totally depend on my period days because I couldn't take the risk of getting cramps and almost faint anywhere. Livia felt like the last hope as I've tried all kind of pills and the effects are immediate, I can be a "normal" person if I use it to work, on a trip, etc.. I totally recommend it.
